If you don't want any drama don't go here. they are drama and complain about the clients and behind your back making it uncomfortable in person and lazily stand or sit at work doing 5 min tasks here and there but lie that they do more and then charge hundreds of dollars to the customer - not ethical or thoughtful - it's not a good idea to take your business here. I'm thankful to have a successful business and part of successful is knowing when to move on from bad company.
None of the accountants do the payroll, monthly or quarterly they rely on one assistant - a poorly put together lady, she makes thoughtless comments and a total douche nozzle of a personality - she needs a good douching and someone should slap her mother :)... If you take your business here - they don't work with you, you have to work around them ... they ask you to respect them but won't consider you when asking for that respect. When you go to an accounting firm - ask who does the work and prices for each service and hold them
They DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS. They transposed a 6 in place of a 0 in my F E I N # with employment security an error I had to find and fix. Ed Huebner wrongly advised me about my 941 tax payment and I had to find the error myself unbeknownst to him - he still thinks he advised me correctly. Most concerning - I would say Ed is showing signs of deteriorating mental function based on the comments and opinions I've listened too ( honestly spend time with him and you will see first hand) Also, I requested a balance sheet be sent by email to my bank as I was applying for a credit card - nick Dooley charged me $325plus for 10minutes of work to send it - I saw the bill and told them they overcharged my by $200 plus - they eventually refunded me most of it back, but in such a frustrating way by acting like a clueless kid instead of a professional that knew their numbers and customer service and real time spent. Dooley should be called duhhhhh because of his dimwit approach - he is never prepared.
