Employees are lazy, never get your order right and I never see them wash their hands.
Shots taste like dirt, their counter is a mess and it looks like they use old grounds to make your coffee.
The blended drinks are pure half and half and sugary powder, they make so much extra that you're not even getting a full 2 shots.
These people ripped me off for a piece of art that was sold. PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY ARE DISHONEST
Dissappointment in all things. If you go here, the coffee is weak, they don't do in-house whip, and you apparently HAVE to specify milk, mine apparently defaulted to soymilk, which I can't stand and didn't notice until it cooled down more.
Even though my wife and I shop at Central Market regularly, we stopped going to Caffe appassionato b,ecause the service is very slow, the space feels cramped and the coffee is terrible.
