Fantastic service, honest, and they take pictures of needed repairs! It's way easier to justify an unexpected repair when you can actually see a crack in the belt. It can be hard to find an auto shop that's ethical, much less fair, helpful, and does quality work, but Chuck's hits it out of the park.
They get it that not everyone has a money tree in the backyard.

I would highly recommend this auto shop. It's been several years since I've had my car tuned up and I was feeling the dread of having to take it in. They did a full inspection and gave me a super easy to read report on what they found. I had to have all of my brakes replaced (which I knew ahead of time), and a few other things repaired like a spark plug and engine mount. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, and they were thorough and respectful of my time. I was in and out of there within a day. This is one of the best auto experiences that I have had in a long time.
