If you work out everyday or need daycare for up to 2 hours a day while working out and come every single day or want to take classes like yoga or other inclusive classes its great, they have a bunch of cool classes included in membership but if you only want to come for an hour a week at $25/visit or once a month membership just to swim with your child its over $100/month, thats over $100/hour OUCH!!!!

Extremely expensive, over $100/month to swim one hour a month after your free 7 visits, ouch!!!

Do not come for the pool. Worst pool in the area. Its small and shallow and the lifeguards are rude. They have ridiculous rules that make it completely unreasonable and not fun for kids or parents. Even though its only 5 ft at the deepest you must be in arms length of your child at all times. What if you have.more than 1? There is also a water slide which is never ever open and is a perpetual dissapointment to kids. As a 7 year member I have complained about how we have been treated 3 times. Work out room is ok. But almost all activities cost extra and all public pools in the area are better for families.

5 Stars for 7 FREE visits, awesome place!

5 Stars for customer service and coolest facility around, 1 Star for not having a reasonable price range for different services offered. Also the small pool tube slide has never been open when we come and they always tell my son it will be open next time, but has been closed for at least 2 years ???

Super cool place, lots of fun!!!!

Avoid the Kids center. Parent Night out ending being Parent Night Ruined by this facility. All other YMCA child care seems to decent to good but this YMCA in Shoreline seemed to be the worst. If you read Yelp reviews all of the negative reviews are attributed to the kid center side of things. There are too many red flags here.

I've been a member for almost a year now. Overall, this facility is kept clean and has a good selection of equipment that is generally in good condition. I typically go for free weights which I think YMCA should have more of. I have two main issues. First, why did the building designers make it so you can see in the men's locker room from the hallway and courts where women and children are. Second, for being so diverse and open, why do they lock so many rooms during normal operating hours? They don't seem to trust their members.

For future memebers that want to join ask to get your memebership fee waived. Because my roomate did. He told me he got his membership fee waived today. I paid my membership fee to start here just like everyone else and he doesn't even get to pay it. Well for all you wanting to join ask for the membership fee to be waived because they seem to be giving it out for free.
