Great selection, fantastic price, superb service -- beats big box home improvement stores. I wasn't sure how well they would accommodate my small-sized project that requires wood paneling but they helped me cut my 1-sheet order (yes I didn't buy material as many as builders do from then) but they were helpful beyond expectations.

As a remodel contractor I highly recommend Dunn. Great materials, great customer service, great company. Family owned and have been here almost forever.

Dont ever order anything here for installation. Dont pay extra to have the install expedited either. My customer and I were told it would be 1-2 weeks for install if I pay extra to expedite a handrail install. 4 months later and weekly calls asking what the delay is, Manager Nick continues to change his story and frustrate my customer and my staff. Eventually Nick starts blaming me after he figures out that his staff never charged for the install, but only charged us to expedite the install. He knew from the beginning we paid extra to have the installation done quickly however 4 months later it still wasn't done and both his vendor, my customer, and installers were all confused why Nick continued to intentionally delay the installation. Nick fist claimed delays were because he failed to charge me for installation and on 5 occasions we requested him to charge the card on file and refund the expedite fee since Dunn Lumber made a simple mistake that cost my customer a 4 month delay. Nick refused to refund it. I stop shopping there and request Nick to remove my card from my account I have had there for years. I complained to another manager about it at another shore who contacted Nick about his poor customer service. Nick offers to split the installation cost with me but does not want to refund the expedite fee and tells me he will charge my card on file against my wishes. I complained about it again and Nick completely closes my account so that it can not be found at any store. I called Nick to ask him why he retaliated if he was at fault from the beginning and he is rude as can be to my customer and I on the phone. I ask him about his voicemail offering to split the charges and he said he changed his mind once I complained and that I will receive a bill from his vendors for the full amount plus mark up fees plus expediting the order that took over 4 months for a simple 2 hour installation. More uncalled for retaliation from Manager Nick. Nick then said he cant control it because Dunn Lumber doesn't charge for install, they have the vendors charge the customer for the install once completed. If this was true then all Nicks lies about the 4 months if delays due to non payment for installation wouldnt be true either. Plus I called weekly for many months inquiring about the delay and Dunn Lumber continued to shift blame to the vendor and the vendor would blame Dunn Lumber for not sending the installation requests fir 4 months. Nick continued to lie and catch himself in lies and explain himself while on the phone with my clients and I. I ask Nick for his superiors name and number and he refuses, I ask Nick for corporates phone number to file a complaint and he said he lost it and hung up. A few days later Nick has his VP call me and tell me that since Im not happy with Nick and because I somehow insulted him by complaining to other managers, that now I should not shop there anymore. So Nick knew I would file a complaint and rushes to his manager before I can, likely to shift blame again and not take responsibility for his mistakes. Nick inew he was in the wrong and quickly reached out to corporate before I could and requested me to just go away, well I wont and I will let everyone know about my experience and will file complaints with the Wa State Attorney Generals office. Nick does not own up to his mistakes or keep his promises. This happened to my customer twice before when she shopped there and I talked her into giving Shoreline Dunn Lumber another chance since she now had me the most reputable contractor in Shoreline, however Dunn Lumber failed her again and now failed me too. Making a mistake and owning up to it is no big deal but when you shift blame and are rude thats a problem Nick! Consumers have a right to know how Nick treats people and I would encourage consumers to not order materials here until Nick is gone.

Best service!! I had to find bolts for my license plate a very nice guy helped me and didn't even charge me so sweet. The week prior two associates helped me find the tools and products needed to refinish my table. Knowledgeable and amazing service. If you don't know what you need go here not Home Depot, no one there had the knowledge or means to help me. Thank you Dunn Lumber employees!!!
