I was diagnosed 3 months ago with a stress fracture in my foot after suffering for months, and after 8 weeks in a walking cast, my foot had improved but still was painful. My foot doctor didn't have any good answers and said I may need a full cast if things didn't improve. I was given orthotics years ago from a sports doctor and they took a long time to get used to and didn't prevent the stress fracture. I knew I was in trouble since my foot wasn't improving on it's own. After checking out some shoe stores, I stumbled across this store. I set up an appointment and Shane took one look at the standard orthotics and did everything he could to bite his tongue. They were all wrong for my foot and put pressure on the area of my foot where I got my stress fracture. I got new orthotics through this store, and they felt great from day 1 with very little adjustment. It's been 2 weeks now, and my feet feel better than they have in over a year. What a difference! I strongly recommend this store to anyone who needs more support in their shoes. 5 stars for the orthotics and Shane's work.
I came in with my Grandfather who has been walking more and more bow legged due to his very worn shoes, and before I could even point it out the fellow that helped us (didn't catch his name) had already seen it and made mention. He got the Grandpa's measurements and had just the pair in mind. Sure enough Grandpa is walking straighter and more upright right out of the gate.
Unfortunately these people ignore some customers. I've been coming here for years, but they still ignore me. I have no idea what it takes to get sales people here interested in making a sale (pricey stuff too). Wish the owner would come around once in a while so I could share my concerns. Guess i just have to shop elsewhere, which is a pity cause they're pretty much the only game in town. Yuck.

I expected to be in there an hour or more jumping through hoops with Grandpa trying to find the right pair. The knowledgeable help had us in and out and satisfied within probably 15 min (and Grandpa moves real, real slow).
Unfortunately they do not pay attention to detail. Shoe size difference in feet is very important. Specifically when you should have measured to validate the customer statements. Now looking for someone else for next pair*
Shane's is the best! No matter what has gone wrong with my feet over the years the folks at Shane's always find a way to make the pain stop. I won't buy shoes anywhere else. Thanks guys!
Minus one point for the service, selection, and hours. They are only open during the day (no evening hours), and have a limited selection of shoes that are mostly less than stylish. While good supportive shoes are necessary for foot problems, there are still better brands out there that should be considered. I bought my shoes elsewhere. Also, I went there several times and once had to wait 10+ minutes at the counter, just to ask a question while the few salespeople helped others. They completely ignored people who they had not gotten to yet. It also was not clear I had to set up an appointment, so I had to come back the following weekend since Shane was booked when I went the first time.
