Low ball offer on our trade in after I specifically asked what they use as a rule of thumb prior to wasting a trip....To the degree of of under 2k total trade in when we have another dealership offering fair market for trade in at 7K with the purchase of the same rig one year older. If that is the way they come out of the gate I cannot trust anything they are selling....
Great experience at Enterprise. They only have cars 1-3y old, and although I was interested in something older they spend a lot of their time giving me advice and explain things. They seemed very trustworthy and honest. I will definitely go back if I want a a newer car.
My experience buying a car at the Shoreline, WA office was exceptional. Richard and Josh were both very helpful, professional, courteous, and very patient! They both went out of their way to get me the exact make, model, and even color (interior and exterior) of vehicle I was looking for. And all at a very reasonable price. I love the car (2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport) and have been telling everyone of my very positive experience there. KUDOS!!!!!! You guys are the best!

I went in for information about buying a car and everyone was VERY helpful and polite, from the get go. I did call other rental companies to gauge information and Enterprise was by far, the most helpful and respectful. From Ash to everyone at the sale place - they were all great.
