Excellent customer service and a great price on a cargo van for my move. I will definitely use this location for rentals in the future. The reason I didn't give five stars was because of the racket of trying to upsell their insurance coverage. The gentleman was trying to tell me that because it was a larger vehicle that my credit card company may not cover any loss or damage on it --which was total nonsense. So if I hadn't spent 10 minutes on the phone with my credit card company confirming that I was in fact covered, I would have given the extra star. All in all it was a good experience renting from Enterprise.

I would have preferred picking up the car at SEATAC but the price is almost twice what it was at Shoreline! Loved the hybrid model I got upgraded too. All in all a very good experience! People very friendly and helpful.
Staff was friendly and super fast. It took about 8 minutes to get my ride when I showed up, which I felt was fast. When I returned it it only took two minutes. I even forgot to fill the gas tank, but the guy said it was close enough and charged me a buck. Prices here were way better than the airport location.
Good car. Fair price. We had reserved a van in advance to drive to see the eclipse on August 21. It was there for us to pickup, clean and ready, when when we needed it. Easy electronic paperwork and billing.
At times the vehicle selection is slim but no fault of the folks who work behind the counter.
