This place is awful. I scheduled appointments online for a passport and when I showed up for my appointment 3 days in a row I got a “the passport guy isn’t here today” or “i don’t know where he is” finally on the day he was found I heard the clerk say the guy is here for his appointment around the corner. The passport guy says “so, it’s not time yet” ..as he is doing nothing and the appointment is 5 min. The website asks people to come in early for what reason again? Then when it’s time for my appointment the guy comes out and tells me he doesn’t actually start until 1030 am. I ask him why the website allows me to make an appointment before that time and he says that it’s a national thing and he usually closes out the earlier appointments? Like these reviews even matter, but figure your stuff out.
Awful! I was expecting a package from the Netherlands which took 2 weeks to ship to Seattle, then after it arrived in Seattle, I had to wait ANOTHER TWO WEEKS to actually get the package.
Staff performance is poor but I suppose their pay sucks; you get what you pay for.
Mail delivered from here is routinely lost and not delivered. They also never answer the phone when you call. Which you will have to because they will lose your package. I've lived in the are for many years and it somehow gets worse every year.
I was busy so I couldn't make it to their post office on a weekday. I finally got the package because I went to the post office MYSELF on the next Saturday, the only day on which I'm able to do that. It took THE SAME FREAKING AMOUNT OF TIME for the package to be delivered to me as it did shipping from Amsterdam to Seattle--also only because I went and got it myself. Somebody should sue this post office for negligence.
Terrible post office. Lady who helped me barely spoke English and was extremely rude. They decided not to deliver a package and then when I went in to get it she acted like I was asking her for her first borne child. Stay away from this place.
First, a notice was left because no one answered the door. So I scheduled a redelivery for the next day. The package never came, so I scheduled another redelivery. No delivery attempt was made in a week.
